Kids Being Kids || Mine

Our kids being kids… singing and joking around. This is what Christmas is and was all about for us. What I love about this photo the most is that while I was photographing them, my uncle (who got me into the DSLR photography world…) was video taping them with his flip video. I cannot wait to see the video!

Today I had my last shoot of 2010… a sweet little family with a little lady about my little lady’s age. I had fun – even more fun going back through the images editing them and remembering the laughter we shared trying to get smiles or the dog to pose hehe. It was also nice reconnecting with someone from many years ago – wow its almost crazy I can say “many years ago”, both of us grown with our own families! Makes this part of my job even more special, capturing these moments for them 🙂 Sneak will be up later this week!

All of our Christmas photos were taken with my NEW lens! Canon 50L it is just amazing! I have been debating for a while what to upgrade my little nifty fifty to and when this deal came up it was hard to pass by! So I am SET for 2011 for newborns or any indoor family/children/maternity – my 1st for 2011 being … a Maternity shoot 🙂
