We all have those times in life we wish we were alone to blast the music and bust a move and dance our sorrows away. I know dancing around (my house) is a very fun regular thing for me for any mood I am in, it’s so freeing, refreshing, energizing and fun!!!
Our kids have always loved music, this is an oldie from last year, I remember the night well, hubby was on his way home and the kids were bouncing between playing hockey and dancing. I can feeeeel the emotion and energy in them!
Never deprive yourself of dancing like no one is watching! Heck even let loose in public the odd time 😉
