Anyone who has lived through home renovations will know exactly how this feels… to finally begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel! To say Ive been thankful for my essential oils and Reiki during this time, would quite honestly be an understatement 😉
Its been a busy year of basement reno’s for us and after the unexpected being thrown at us in the first 3 rooms… we took the majority of the summer off to enjoy family time at our family cottage. Back at it this fall with the bathroom reno complete and now the biggest portion being tackled … the rec room!
Good news… I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Still with a lot more work to do – but its all finally falling into place and we are already in absolute love with what we are envisioning and giving us the motivation to keep going!
When I was out on my photo walk on our last summer weekend at the cottage, I literally walked upon this view. It hit me hard, in my heart and soul. When our basement is completely done, this photo is going to be hung HUGE as a reminder of our journey and through all the blood, sweat and tears just how much it was worth to our family in our forever home! ❤
