Do you have boundaries?

I’m willing to bet, like many of us, you don’t.

I am just realizing I totally don’t!

How is your time divided up each day? Do you have time for just you, time for your spouse/partner, kids, extended family, friends, hobbies, work etc?

What are your priorities each day that must get done and the importance of them?

I am beginning week 6 of an 8 week course called Lead on Purpose. This mind shifting leadership course is more than just leading other people. It’s about truly diving deep into WHO you are as a leader and where you want to see the shift in your life.

For the the past almost 2 years, we have physically been shifting our home life with a whole home renovation project. Physically and emotionally growing and changing with our space. Truly feeling comfortable and something that is US!

I have totally felt where I’ve borrowed time from other areas of my life. Feeling depleted but not knowing how to balance out or necessarily why I was feeling that way. Reshuffling my true priorities in life. Start with truly loving myself, knowing and feeling my worth. Having time for me every single day, whether it’s 15 minutes or 1 hour. Consciously and physically being present daily with my husband as well as our kids.

Developing boundaries for every other area of my life. With my family being my very highest priority. The time we have with them as children is limited. I already see how fast they are growing.
