I woke up feeling like I was in a bit of a daze all week. Yesterday was awesome, even for a Tuesday after a long weekend 🙌! Dare I say, it’s almost like a high energy hangover 😂! Also an interesting day of weather!
On days like this, I lean IN! Allow myself to pause more, to remind myself to focus on the task at hand and it’s always incredible what can be done! Start the diffusers! It literally takes me 5-10 minutes to do all 3 bedtime diffusers. Which is no time at all. Start the diffusers nightly and in the morning too! Scent is powerful!!! This intuitive blend is calming, grounding, comforting, relaxing, it’s awesome!
Keeping the evening and dinner basic… opted for fresh sour dough bread grilled goat cheese “buttered” with ghee. I made myself a fabulous “ketchup” with the pepper eggplant sauce my aunt found and added in sole balsamic vinegar, evoo and 1 drop each of the Mexican and Italien oil blends.
As I was grabbing my phone to take a pic of my meal I felt inspired. Making changes in life isn’t always easy, especially when it’s out of your “norm”, sometimes of many years. Leaning in and listening to my body has been the best decision.
I get to have “my” cake and eat it too 😋
