Falling back in love with ME!

Falling back in love with myself and my space has been the biggest shift within my mental and physical health. A step I initially had no idea would be so profound.

Learning of health challenges within my body and realizing that what was magnifying the pain and issues, was by filling my body with all the wrong things… was once daunting… now is incredibly freeing!

Rather than hanging onto “I can’t have this…” mentality, which included being so ticked off that I had to switch from my “norm”… a massive realization that, that “norm” was slowly killing me.

This “norm” that so many are stuck in right now, is damaging to our mental and physical bodies. Where the food, drinks, various household body care and cleaning care products, are slowly killing us with the various ingredients.

Making this food shift was what I feel the last step of the puzzle for my own health, one that I continue to build on every single day. With the basis of BEING healthy and happy, whatever that definition means to me and not being afraid to speak up and choose to put my health first!
