No Response, Is The Response

I was just thinking about this the other day, when a life coach whose book club I participate in also shared this.

“No response, is the response.”

Which hit home, especially this time of year.

Far too often we put so much pressure on ourselves, worrying about others, what they might think, if they will like it, if they like you, if you said it the right way etc etc. Truthfully, it can eat you alive with this type of worry.

When in truth, we could be worried about nothing and really, if we are living a truly and truthfully aligned life, why would there be worry?

Perhaps a recovering “people pleaser” trait, thinking of others before myself. Here’s the thing, your heart feels warm when you feel that energy exchange circle complete, makes sense right.

So what if that circle doesn’t complete? Are you left feeling that underwhelm of why did I even bother?

Flip that… no matter what it is, I did it for me! Simple.
