As I read her question, my fingers began typing. Courage is rising up when your not even 100% confident you can do it. It’s being put in a situation that scares the fuk right out of you and still pushing through. Courage is trusting that even though what feels like its falling apart, is actually coming together in the most beautiful way. Courage is knowing you will make mistakes, there will be fuk ups, but the most aligned thing to do is to be authentic. Courage is allowing yourself to take a deep breath and say, thank you God it IS ok! 🙏

I am SO grateful I allow myself the permission to feel big and pull in when I need to feel small. I am SO grateful I trust myself first, and always. I am grateful for those reminders to sink in DEEP and TRUST. I am grateful for the strength I have gained. 💖
