Honoring my body this week with Grapefruits reminder! It’s the oil of Honoring the Body. A reminder of what I put in and on it and how I feel!
This morning I was intuitively drawn to this blend of oil which is 👌

As I begin my next book… just pages in and it’s SO good! Have you ever thought of the power of your words? One example in the book is to think of hate… how does that make you feel? Now think of love… it feels different eh!? Close your eyes and really feel into each word.
Lord knows I’ve got some hatred to release from facing some challenges in life these past few years. I also know I’ve got a LOT of love and gratitude to embrace 💖 I was reminded multiple times just yesterday, one thing I love about a small town and am so grateful we are raising our kids also in a small town. Compassion, understanding, laughter, lol at times true rural living with the cycle of life. The power of words is intense and something that reminded me yesterday the POWER of each of our stories.
When we embrace OUR truth, OUR STORY, it’s not only a powerful step to embracing who we are individually, it shows the world the power behind healing, the power behind falling down, admitting you need help and picking yourself back up again. The power of feeling seen, heard and most important… understood. No one said life would be easy, but when we hide or feel ashamed or think we are undeserving or sink into the “why me”, we hand our power away.
One reason I love journaling, getting the diffuser going, a warm drink and allowing my pen to flow over the page. Releasing, embracing and into the flow of healing.
If anyone tries to tell you anyone that needs help or has fallen and gotten back up is any less worthy than you… it’s time to consider those people you surround yourself with. True growth is unconditional love and compassion. True love, begins within you first, your soul, before you could ever truly love anyone else. Seeing them for them, and realizing we are all different and we are all handed these challenges as an opportunity for growth (and many times because we resist… which simply makes it feel even worse or more challenging).
True love, is not outside of us. It must come from within, trusting to be divinely guided and listening to the intuition vs the ego. Ego likes to trigger, especially if you *think* someone is less than or better than you.
What can your triggers teach you? A beautiful topic to expand on for another day 🥰
