Feeling Down, Shift the Energy!

Yesterday the energy was feeling really weird, honestly like just simmering in the void – whatever that may be. I could feel frustrations with many things, common sense not being common, technology not working as it should etc etc I could go on.

As I was sitting with this last night, I remember thinking ok what can I do to shift this, I am still healing from a broken toe, so as much as I want to do Yoga, Im not risking it just yet. Then I recalled the importance of freeing our tight muscles and the emotions that may also be trapped!

Here is what I did to shift some BIG energy…

  • Hydrate – this is so key, when we get dehydrated we are not flowing through our bodies
  • Physical movement – I may not be able to do Yoga however I can walk, play with our pup.
  • Tight Muscles – This area I tend to forget about when I am IN whatever it may be – which honestly can just be the universal collective energy – there is alot happening in the world and even more chaos happening on the world stage. Detaching from that, detaching from everything from the day, and allowing the muscles to breathe in new life is so key. I love using my yoga balls for this. I actually leave them in the sleeve and put them under my back and then lay on the ground. The balls position themselves on either side of my spine, which is perfect and the pressure helps the muscles begin to release. Going to keep up with this!
  • I then took my data, where I was feeling the pain/tightness and went to my Essential Oil & Emotions app – the best!!! Figured out where it relates to the emotions I am feeling within the tightness and pulled some oils together. When I woke this morning, I pulled those Essential Oils and put them in the diffuser, I then also made myself a roller bottle with the oils as well. At work, I do not have the same collection of oils I do at home, however the ones that I do that were in my blend at home, got put in the diffuser at work. Essential Oils are POWERFUL at helping shift emotions while also doing the physical and soul work – journaling, meditating, etc.

I woke up feeling like a brand new woman!

When you anchor into your truth, you are limitless and will confidently exit the void!

Welcome to August… the Dog Dayz of Summer
