When looking for inspiration, I’ve learned its always best to turn inward.
The past week has had some heaviness for me, a sense of repeating from some of the hardest years of my life, yet amongst that I am being conscious of my deep down needs, limiting outside “noise” and allowing quiet to fill my time when possible. Shifting the story, from an on-going sh*t storm, to healing, hope, health and happiness.
With intention. Cleanse in the shower, wash away all the energy of the day to be with me. Cleanse with palo santo and shuffle on of my favourite oracle decks. Allow to fall what I am meant to know in this moment.
I also love the last card that fell, the rose will always remind me, much like 444 of my brother ❤
Its profound how this can shift my energy and the messages fall so beautifully. The alignment of the cards is even more comforting to me. Trust your intuition.

“Clear your mental stagnation by making careful choices as to what you read, the shows you watch on television, and any other media you might consume. Although it can be challenging, consider limiting your time on computers or your phone. Purify your body with a physical cleanse. The tears you’ve shed and will continue to shed area means of cleansing your emotional body, so make sure to allow them rather than resisting them. Introduce a new spiritual practice that truly helps you feel the presence and inspiration from Spirit. You can explore many different methods of prayer, meditation or slow, mindful walking, but whatever you choose, continue the practice daily. Notice how you’re feeling increasingly lighter and more positive, with only occasional forays into any negativity, which you’re now capable of clearing quickly.” Source
I am loving my den space, I love the way it can shift and cleanse my energy, feels comforting even amongst the medical reasons its being used for as well. Allowing myself to see, hear, any negative thoughts and release, knowing that and trusting in my intuition fully. Sometimes trusting means floating in the unknown, walking into the dark, knowing… you’ve got your back and so does the universe!

Ditto to all that, Pam.
(I’m am a Tarot Cars reader, every day for over 40 years, but not so much since COVID hit our shores). I instinctively follow some of the rules of Feng Shui too. Unless the energy flows in my living space, I can’t function. I feel ‘crooked’or something like that. I feel like stepping backwards and finding another route across the room.
I don’t watch TV either. Since retirement from a stressful, multi-task job, I’m now free to be me. Not what society designates. In fact, the overwhelming thought when I had to take early retirement was freedom.
Mindfulness became my daily mantra.
