These kids are my everything! Pup included, he thinks he is on equal level with the kids haha!
These kids continue to change my life and me. Everyday the only person I become better than, is the person I was yesterday. They bring out all my love, my frustrations, my laughs, my tears, my passions, my inner child.
ME.
They bring out the true me.
Yup I am stubborn, I can have a short fuse (ahem red hair…), I am passionate for capturing moments and proudly displaying my photographs, I have a love for the outdoors, I enjoy cooking, I LOVE cranking the music, I cherish relationships, I love being a working mom.
Yes… a working mom – love it! Its not just for me, its for us. The kids NEED structure, heck I do too. We all thrive. Being a perfectionist (Virgo) this can be difficult! Ha impossible at times. So it needs to become a priority. I am much more relaxed and at ease when my home is organized… truthfully we all do.
They truly are my everything and are the absolute most important people in my life… my motivation at times too!
Of course their Daddy is just as important, we have our ups and downs, our good times and bad and have come out so much stronger, content, happier and “US”!
If there is one thing I will always wish for each year… health and happiness. Within that happiness is remembering where you came from. Our roots. Our families. Where we each came from. Where we met, what made us fall in love, what began this family and where we as a family are going to be!
Its not about material possessions, our life together has certainly proven that. Living a wealthy life is the wealth of love and knowledge of the people in our lives, our family and friends.
We began this year as we finished, purging, less is more! Purging and giving, the many things that we have all out grown we have donated. Its a good feeling. Finally being settled and going through the organizing steps (again)… this time (I think) I began with a plan.
Every 2 years we typically get the “itch” to either move or renovate… I am SO thankful the “itch” is bringing out our creativity in our home and customizing it to who WE are <3. This mama truly is in her happy place.
Anytime I may be having a bad day, feeling grumpy or overwhelmed … just looking at these sweet faces helps put life back into perspective!
They are what MY life is about! XOXO

Health & Happiness… Happy New Year 2014
Today began a new chapter in this story we call life, a brand new day, a brand new year, for some a brand new opportunity.
2013, we had our share of ups and downs.
One thing is consistent and remains to be number 1 in our life, strengthening with each passing day… love and appreciation for those in our life!
Truly being IN the moment, enjoying each and every experience whether it be pure enjoyment or coming out stronger.
Life isn’t easy, everything happens for a reason… embrace this journey, embrace this life and trust. Wishing health and happiness for our loved ones, with a lot of emphasis on health this year! XOXO
Merry Christmas from my family to yours…
We spent an amazing, energy filled, exciting … and yes tiring, Christmas Day with family! Such a wonderful day. The kids have been pumped for Christmas for weeks now and the past few days have been up at the crack of dawn… we were all exhausted tonight but our hearts so filled with so much love. The reason for the season… My heart is so warm and full of love as I downloaded our pictures from the day. SO happy I am IN them too!!!

The kids live receiving their special video messages from Santa! Earlier this week they received a video of Santa telling then how hard he knows they’ve been working at being on his nice list, they were in between… hey let’s be realistic ;) Today they got a new message each from Santa! :) Both on the nice list and quite happy!
Peter Pan at Drayton Entertainment
My sister came up with an awesome idea for the kids for Christmas!!!
As many know, she works for Drayton Entertainment… since she has been working with them our world has been opened up to the beauty and magic that is live theatre!
Her gift… Tickets for the kids to see Peter Pan at their Dunfield Theatre Cambridge.
Bonus that we turned it into a family outing – it was a magnificent performance!!!
As you may know, for those who enjoy live theatre, photography is not allowed during the play. We were lucky to meet up with Peter Pan and Captain Hook afterwards for some photos ;)
We missed those who were invited and not able to come, we did have a LOT of fun none the less ;)
If you’re looking for a something for your kids live theatre is an amazing option!!! This is the 2nd play we’ve taken Madison to and the first for Carson, they’ve LOVED it!!! Especially when the actors involved the kids – AMAZING performance once again put on by Drayton Entertainment!!! I am very excited for what is to come next year :)
