When the little man got to play at the Guelph Storm Hockey game!
Our little man got to play with his hockey team at the Guelph storm last weekend – Im sure you can picture the excitement on his face knowing he would get to be with all his friends on the ice during intermission after those “BIG BOYS” were playing, with hundreds, if not thousands of people watching! Its a big place – I was, am, a very proud mama!
We had fun as a family. I of course took my camera and zoom lens. Given right. Then during the annoucements at the beginning of the game, something is mentioned about taking photos during the game – Im glad I didn’t hear all of it because there was no way this mama was going to remove her camera from the arena when little man was going on the ice 😉 Thankfully I was not the only one who had their DSLR there and I happily snapped away!
We have also had an invitation from the Mount Forest Patriots to play during their 2 Sunday games for our sons team vs two of our coaches hockey teams… FUN!!!

Bring back Fall!
I just love fall, gorgeous warm sunlight, vibrant colours, cool crisp evening air… Which this year was very short lived, and now the rain we missed out on during the summer is gracing our daily lives with showers.
The beauty of Fall was just beginning, a shame to see it end so soon!
There’s a new park in town…
It’s close to our house too mom!!!
The excited voice of the children when they realize where it is and that it would be “so easy” to bike to, next year!
The perfect size for our two Littles, this new ride being a favorite, just hang on and swing!

Our little man was so excited to go to the BIG arena and play after the “big boys”!
Last year he loved being a part of the team, loved even more for us and family to see him, this year he’s really taken off going after the puck, skating hard, amazing what 1 year can make! So proud of him and most important, he has a blast doing it!!!
Love this man more each passing day, seeing our little man out there and the look on daddys face watching him. So proud of not only our boy, but of us! 🙂

Thankful Thanksgiving With You
I certainly do not need a specific day to express my love or thanks for the man who I married. The man who is typically the one who I have to begin and plead with to just be in a couple photos, was the one into the posing lol I promised him I wouldn’t share them (right now that is 😉 )! He is someone who I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to raise children with, live in and make plans for our dream home, have fun everyday with. Who tells me how much he loves me everyday, who supports me and encourages my love of photography (lol when I have time) and who, even though isn’t perfect, well who is.
We have spent over 11 of the best years of our lives together, through thick and thin we’ve only become closer. When I think of my future, I think of our future and how finally, after all the ups and downs in the previous 10 years of happy times and so many sad, we are in such an amazing place, not only for ourselves, for each other and for our awesome kids. We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, be became the most important role models in the world together.
I am thankful for both the happy and sad, it’s brought us to where we are today and to many more years of this together… Forever!
