Gorgeous blossoms out in the sunshine!

A couple weeks ago a friend reached out to let me know she was having a Mala making workshop at her store, Essential Wellness.

The most profound experience was looking up the main crystal I chose once I was home. Unakite, I was blown away at the incredible healing properties this crystal has and how it aligned itself with my life. This was a gift to me. A gift of time and energy.

I am truly grateful for the experience, with like minded people, but more so for me. For allowing myself grace, time and energy to do what I needed, wanted and desired to do.

We are in a time of some very big energies.

If you are an empath you will be feeling them, if you are highly sensitive you will definitely be feeling them!

Its an exciting time… when I say, we have some big energies and see you on the other side – I mean the other side of the energy. It IS shifting, however many are feeling a dense, yucky, stagnant, stuck feeling at this time. Could be from after the eclipse, the new moon. There is more we need to “deal” with, that we previously have not.

Ive been reminded many, many times, to go within. As my cards said last week, “Go Deeper”. Keep going. Things will come up, some things may be surfacing from many years ago, allow it to come up, feel it and release. We need to feel to heal.

The cards I pulled yesterday for the collective for this week, also reminded of this!

Please remember, we can only control ourselves, we can only shift our own energy which can then influence the energies of others, however THEY must choose to do this.

Living in anger, or hate is what needs to be cleared. To live in peace. True peace and healing power. You know your body, mind and soul best. Our soul’s need some extra love right now. ❤

Everyone will not understand your story, tell it anyway. With integrity. So much integrity that when it feels like someone steps on you, you can dust yourself off and send them healing.

I had an experience dealing with someone the other day, that initially rocked me – for the simple fact that this person was a man, I am a woman, he didn’t like what I was saying, yet when a man said the exact same words to him it was suddenly “understood”. My initial reaction was, some would say crude, however lacking a dick at times makes it very challenging when dealing with some men. Sad to say.

I wanted to go up one side of this “man”, truthfully less than, as everyone, regardless if you are a man or woman, and regardless of what area of work you do – EVERYONE deserves respect.

This is where Integrity kept coming into my mind. I kept hearing the word. Then quickly, the thought of this is not for you to deal with, you’ve lowered your energy enough.

This same “man” talked with another man, who said the exact same words that I, a woman, did and, they must have a different understanding being both male, as he politely agreed with what the man said with zero further issue.

Can you honestly say you are living a life of integrity and treating with the same?

There are times in our life where it can feel tempting to lower, at times perhaps without even realizing you are lowering your frequency.
