Waterfall Nature Walk | May 4, 2015

I had the opportunity the other day to have a couple hours completely to myself later in the afternoon. I took a walk and found a couple gorgeous falls – it was so extremely peaceful, quiet and tranquil. I felt completely refreshed and inspired. The entire drive there the rain was falling, until I arrived at each destination and the rain almost magically stopped. This late afternoon was two fold for me to get out and enjoy the beauty of nature for some alone time but also being able to hike to see the waterfalls and feeling energized rather than exhausted afterwards.

Life lessons sometime come in unexpected ways and are many times un-welcomed. They are however there to remind us of something we need to focus or re-focus on. No life is perfect and mine certainly is not – its a journey through life with many bumps and turns to get through. Ive recently been reminded to always go with you gut – always. No matter what. If you gut is giving you that off feeling – something needs addressed – or before this happens… if something is working, for the love of god do not mess with it and “try” something else. Feeling very thankful for our essential oils and thankful we are back to the “tried and true”. Perhaps this is why I truly love the “grounding” blends or oils because I simply love being at one with nature and especially near water. Just don’t ask me blend my sleeping and being at one with nature 😉 haha.
