This morning Patchouli instantly jumped into my head, the oil of Physicality; Bergamot, the oil of Self Acceptance, Douglas Fir the oil of Generational Wisdom and Copaiba, the oil of Unveiling!
Also reconnected with an inspiring soul on Instagram. She shared her heart this morning about a challenging relationship in her life and how she had to choose to rise up for her, for her kids, for her and her husband. Our relationships with other people, or lack thereof, is not a directly reflection of us, unless we purposely choose it to be. Relationships cannot be forced, there has to be space for healing, understanding and most of all respect. We all have a very different journey in this life. I am grateful for the reminder, it helps solidify my own personal re-direction after my husbands accident. Re-focus, more following my heart and internal guiding vs someone on social or a fad etc. I’ve never been a fan girl in anyway, if you live in alignment and we click cool, we don’t, cool too. Life is meant to be enjoyed, not forced or heavy.
