Journal out your gratitude in your own life, really leaning into your heart, before resting your head. ❤
Who do I want to be tomorrow?
What so I get to accomplish?
Who do I get to help?
Is there anything I need to release?
Allow your heart to write it all out. For your eyes only. Allow yourself freedom to Allow the pen to flow.
I am grateful statements – at least 10! Throw in some “I AM” statements.
Trust. This can feel hard. Everyone has a difference level of “hard” that we should all be respectful of. Here’s the thing, I can’t force anyone else in this world to do anything, the only person I have “control” over, is me. By trusting in me, trusting in my journey, feel to heal. It’s worth the work, it’s worth the journey, it’s different for everyone!
Most importantly though, when you read this, see it as inspiration, YOU are the ultimate guage on your heart and soul. When you put pen to paper, allow your heart to flow. For you!
Enjoy the Restful Gratitude Blend, Good Night 😴💤
