We need to focus on ourselves. When we focus on each other and what you “should” or “shouldn’t do” you become a crutch for that person and support each other in this vision of failure. If you aren’t being the best person you can be – stop and really think about that, what do you resist, what strong message do you continue to hear and also continue to ignore, how do you feel? No one else matters to each of us as an individual to be the BEST person I can be. When I focus on MY success in my life, my light shines brighter to those who be struggling to begin to put themselves first, no excuses. We hold our selves and others accountable not by telling them what to do, but by being IN the work and doing it ourselves. It doesn’t matter the choices my husband makes, what matters is MY choices and how I live an aligned life. Desiring a healthy, fun and loving marriage is a top priority and when I focus on that, we thrive in incredible ways. When I allow life to get in the way and little triggers to eat away, I slip, a simple tool for me is having a shower, this shifts my life tremendously! Especially at the end of the day, having a shower washes away the energetic connections from that day, if I do not shower until morning I’ve noticed I do not sleep well at all! I am a sensitive ✨️ being! As an empath, that feels it all and a projector who only wants the best for everyone.
With the Perception of Power, this is when someone allows the Ego to step in, essentially blocking the heart. When the heart is blocked, the human begins to panic in various ways and tries to find comfort. With the ego and power involved this, I have experienced as, essentially, “do you not know who I am?!” Mentality. Something my human and soul ✨️ have any interest in being a part of. With the attitude of, well I am a ______ so I am better than you mentality.
When in truth, who says what you are is any better than what I am? You are not and I am not. We are each individual souls having a human experience. 💖 When we are the best we can be, kind, compassionate, loyal, unique, loving, worthy, grateful, aware, we can shift from striving, to thriving.
This to me is true equality, the true power of the being, to simply be the BEST you can be. Embrace your skills, knowledge and interests. Find your way to ground with mother earth.
What promise can you make to yourself today?
One that you will be honored to keep 🙏 , because keeping it is PURELY 100% for you! So do it for you and then watch how your relationships with others shift.
For some it won’t be easy, they will feel their own resistance, remember the more light you shine, the more shadows people can begin seeing of their own. A personal journey that helps shift this perception of power into something truly unique and beautiful, for each one of us!
