Spiritual Surrender| Diffuser Blend

Happy Monday and Family Day, for those of us in Ontario!

A day, I feel truly blessed to spend with my husband and our kids, and most years with other family or friends too!

After an awesome weekend enjoying some relaxing and riding the trails, we ended the weekend and day with this diffuser blend…

Intuitively selected and even one as I looked at the bottle, I questioned myself before picking it up! Fennel?! Really?!

I sat down to write out each essential oil’s emotional background.

Intuitively selecting oils is much more than “what smells good”, I initially take that into consideration as I walk over to my wall, however once I am at the wall to select, my favourite scents no longer matter. If I am consciously selecting oils with my intuition, I select them and do not question. The emotional uses of each oil is typically in alignment with either what is currently happening in my life or, what I should be strengthening to prepare for!

Fennel is the oil of responsibility. Ironically, I’ve been working on a blog post about when I finally put my foot down and took reaponsibility for MY health! 10 years ago… that I had kind of forgotten about because alot happened that year!

I am not only LOVING the smell of this blend, I am truly impressed with the emotional meanings of these oils and the blend they have created together. 🙌
