Self Care Simplicity

I read a post the other day about enjoying a Goddess Day… I thought to myself… what would my Goddess Day look like? Self care for me isn’t about getting dressed to the nines, hair, makeup and nails done.

Self care for me… is slow down! Like waaaaay down. Not a worry about time. No worry of what my hair should look like. Just BE!

This weekend I leaned into me, checked some things off the mental to do list, moved my body with a beautiful yoga practice, read alot, relaxed, learned, expanded my mind in various ways, enjoyed a Reiki Energy Code Session and enjoyed “homemade”!

Another batch of Kombutcha is on, will be ready for flavour in a week! Another batch bottled off. Honey, Lemon & Rosemary! Oh so good! I infused the honey with lemon essential oil and blended well before adding into the liquid. Also added 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary in each jar. Tastes incredible!

The light… this weekend we have experienced some wicked windy weather! Yesterday afternoon as I was beginning an energy session, the dark, dreary clouds party and incredible bright, warm light flooded in my den all over me. This morning as we were sitting in the living room, the light began flooding in! 💫

Expanding my mind reading more of The Energy Code, especially after my reading with @krystalmaxwellcoaching, so intriguing to learn more! Energy is seriously so cool!

… and jumping into a new winter learning curve! I bought myself this beauty @canoncanada Canon RP to learn more about mirrorless photography and keep my creative eye going through the winter! The new little sister to my big boy 5DMIII, my workhorse 💖!  If you have any mirrorless tips, let me know!!! I’m impressed, and learning the different controls. LOVING that it’s a full frame. Packs a big punch, in a small package!

Today’s blend…
Clove – Oil of Boundaries
Bergamot – Oil of Acceptance
Midnight Forest – Oil of Nature’s Rhythm
