Internal Healing

One thing that many people sadly overlook and just continue on about their day and life. The issue with this, is things get pushed down, and can get deep which then requires alot more in depth healing and more time.

Looking back, one of the BEST investments in my own healing journey was opting in to work with Avalon one on one for 3 mths for a very indepth intensive to clear and shift energy, which then expanded into joining her Chakra Mastery Academy, where you literally go chakra by chakra, level by level to expose and then heal.

I have spent the last 7 years maybe a little bit more, intensively working at my healing journey. It’s been just that at times, intense, but worth it all to feel and live how I do now.

This month, is an ending of a 7 year cycle. I find this interesting because I will experience something or a memory pops up and it may grab on hard for a bit, however the more time I invest in myself, turns out to be the best investment and biggest shift in my life.

It feels good to feel good, in any way that could be thought of. The people you spend time with, the foods you eat, any events or sports you enjoy, do you truly love you?

The past couple weeks I’ve been really triggered. I’ve listened for the time I’ve continued to be reminded that I need to take.

Let’s be real, the past 2 1/2 years has been a journey. The one thing I am grateful for is the healing that has occurred and continues to.

Life happens, no one’s is perfect. It’s how we ride the wave. Learn to shift energy, by shifting lifestyle and focus. Learn. Point blank. Be open to learning. Be open to trying something new. Be open to pushing out of the box, you know, what we all refer to as “the norm”!

Be confident to always ask why.

On this healing journey as things come up, grab a journal and pen. Allow the pen to flow across the paper, don’t think, just write. What is coming up, to the surface is most likely something that was previously pushed down and ignored.

After hearing of a birth I was instantly taken back to my son’s birth. It was then a mix of happy, sad, scared, excited feelings, all in a jumbled mess. I was re-living parts of me that I did not allow to speak and be free previously.

Do yourself a huge favour and invest time and energy into YOU!
