What a week – honestly! February was a whirlwind month and I am so incredibly grateful. I have been working at my doTERRA Business with some pretty incredible people, empowering them in their own homes to care for a variety of health and wellness needs while also making some massive strides in my own health!

In February I hit a major goal – achieving the Leadership rank of SILVER!!!

I am so proud of myself, of everyone in my doTERRA family and thankful for our incredible mentors and friends who have provided insight, friendship, training, encouragement and most of all love! ❤

Last Friday I officially hit SILVER and quite honestly the moment I watched it change over – I did literally watch it change over 😉 – was more emotionally moving than I ever thought it would be. The tears flowed and flowed. All happy, appreciative and OMG YOU DID IT!!!

Its been just over 2 1/2 years ago when I experienced that first drop – looking back I quite honestly was out at the class that evening to find a natural way to support our health… I never knew the incredible changes that were about to happen to our life… more than just our physical health. Our lives have been blessed with emotional health as well as personal development through the various trainings offered through doTERRA and our wonderful mentors and leaders!

This past week was a whirlwind as well. Along with hitting this goal in my doTERRA Business we were also finishing our long awaited basement renovation in time to celebrate our daughters 9th birthday on Friday night with her friends and some family! The deadline set us working towards this goal – much like working towards reaching Silver – and literally had us going until the guests arrived!

Ive always been one who has said, Everything Happens For a Reason, although over the years some moments have proved to be testing of that very statement. The way WE pulled together not only in my doTERRA Business – which guys techically I have to give my hubby and kids MAJOR Kudos on this – it really is OUR doTERRA Business with their awesome support and encouragement. Along with our basement renovations – it truly has turned out better than what we ever imagined!

I am SO proud to be even more in a leadership position for my doTERRA Family – for our leaders, users and customers. Achieving this rank means being able to provide YOU with more and that makes my heart so warm and fuzzy!

I also have to give CONGRATULATIONS to my doTERRA leader, mentor and friend – Krista Lambier! Once complete strangers, now someone who I trust without a doubt as a friend and as my upline leader. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have met you and to be building this business together! ❤ In February Krista and her husband achieved PLATINUM within doTERRA! An amazing accomplishment and well deserved. Our entire team has been working hard and the heart behind us truly has been through the inspiring and love of Krista! Although once strangers we quickly became friends and business partners. Krista truly has made it her mission to empower others – starting with her team leaders through education with classes, keeping us in the know with leadership communication, personal development training and so much more! I truly am thankful for meeting you, for the friendship we now share and for the dynamic business we are building together!

The very first class I attended was with Michelle Gross and Marissa Heisel. Both of these ladies deserve to be celebrated as well as Michelle and her husband achieved DIAMOND and Marissa and her husband Peter achieved BLUE DIAMOND! Both of these ladies have been an inspiration in my life as well as in my doTERRA Business providing support, education, personal development training, sharing their knowledge by teaching classes… truly it is all appreciated!

I also must recognize my fellow doTERRA cross line sisters… Amanda and Shannon I am so very thankful for our friendship we have developed over the past year + and feel so very blessed to be building this business with the both of you!

Last and certainly not least… my doTERRA Family! Deanna, my Elite leader heading towards Premier, has truly opened her heart and soul to the opportunity and incredible ways health and wellness can be changed with doTERRA Essential Oils! I truly am thankful for you taking this leap with me and am bursting with excitement of how far you and we are going to go!

Growing up in our family HVAC & Plumbing Biz known as “The Home Comfort People” my doTERRA business quite honestly couldn’t have a better fit… True home comfort is more than just “being comfortable in your home” it’s what is in the air, your water quality, your food, what you put on your skin. We literally have the best heating and cooling system in our home – however if were using chemicals and toxins daily our health will be impacted. By having a high quality hvac and water system in combination with using all natural health products for our physical and emotional health we are, in our home, creating a home comfort health and wellness system and environment for our bodies and minds to truly thrive!

I personally am a testament to this all on my own. With having PCOS and Hypothyroidism using the oils and supplements have made an improvement within our life over these past 2 1/2+ years – however this year, in 2017 I made a commitment to myself that this year was going to be different! This year was going to be THE year that I kick myself into the next gear. Now that Im feeling good, its time to get some more weight off, strengthen my body and truly live the life I want to!

2017 began by preparing for a world wide team cleanse. This is the first full cleanse I have participated in and I will save all the details for a later blog post, however let me just start by saying… I feel the best I have in over 15 years AND have achieved a major weight loss goal which in the past was literally in-achievable even with working out and eating healthier. My body truly feels balanced and I am excited to begin this next phase! January closed with an incredible team personal development training. Our training had zero to do with the business side of doTERRA and all to do with our own personal development!

I am feeling so grateful, my heart abundantly open and am excited for what is to come!

Is It Time For A Change?

We all lead such busy lives, many always on the go, not much downtime. If there is one thing I would ask of you from my heart is to take a step back, just for a moment, and ask yourself is this where I want to be?

Personal, Professional, Health, Wellness.

I was once very threatened by my health with many bad experiences. I am that mom who went through Infertility and then was blessed with two beautiful babies just under 18 months apart. Who emotionally struggled with my health challenges compounded by two beautiful babies. A working mom who with a 12 month old and 2 1/2 year old was heading back to work who continues to work and build our dreams together with her husband and family. A woman who has had her shed her fair share of tears and also been so filled with love Ive felt like Im going to burst. Life has its challenges, no one ever said it was going to be easy. Being a woman, being employed full time, being married, being a parent. I am that woman who understands!

The absolute best investment I have ever made has been in myself! An investment Ive made in both money and time.

Using these all natural health products in place of many various pharmaceuticals and chemically filled products. Physically and emotionally my health and wellness is now thriving! My “bad” days are much less and I am healthier than I’ve been in the past almost 20 years!

I made a promise to myself and I am achieving it. It’s not easy, however after getting through the challenging first steps, it really is SO much easier. It is an investment, I’ve always been cautious with my money. But it’s truly pennies per drop or dose! For me 1 of those changes this year is getting up without an alarm. I have always been a night person, I’ve also always struggled with sleep. After our January personal development business training I made a commitment to myself… to get up without an alarm! Sounds silly right, kind of, but to me it was significant! The way it’s impacted my life has been phenomenal. The domino effect. Our mornings have a much gentler start, I feel more together and prepared. And on those odd mornings where I do sleep until my alarm… its because my body truly needed it – and that’s ok!

The biggest factor is I feel good! Prior to declaring that I was going to get up without an alarm I began a cleanse with other team members. Although Ive been taking our plant based supplements for 2 years there were more days than not that I would only take half the dose or some days (weekends) forget them altogether. I was feeling good, however I was missing out on how much better I could be feeling. So this January when the cleanse started I committed to really and truly DOING this! Of course I am human and there were a couple days at the beginning I did miss a couple afternoon doses – however the more you do it, you begin to form a natural habit! In sticking with it Ive been able to significantly propel my own life forward with my health and overall wellness with fabulous results!

This Is Us

This evening as I was preparing for my one on one in our home I began to feel myself tensing up and getting a little anxious.

As many of you know, we have been doing renovations to our home over the past year. Add in children’s activities, our own interests, work and the many unexpected challenges along the way, the process although has taken longer is resulting to be even more than we could have ever anticipated. With these renovations however things are here, there and everywhere!

In that moment I could feel the anxiety level creeping up I was able to fully recognize it and stop myself before it completely took over. I stopped and actually said out loud… This Is Us!

Our home, although slightly in chaos right now, is us and as any parent would understand – even without renovations and just young kids… life is far from perfect!

So I took a step back, relieved myself of the pressure I was feeling and let our current situation be OK!
