Mom’s Weekend – Start with YOU!

It’s MOM’S weekend this weekend… So, I’m starting with myself 💖

I’ve ALWAYS wanted THIS space, for me, to just be, to create, to relax, to expand, to Heal, to treat.

For me and for my family.

Until now, I’ve always put the “what if’s” ahead… you know the, well we need to have space IF someone needs to stay… Pretty sure covid solidified for many of us, putting ourselves first is key, but also… when you come together with loved ones there is never a worry about where someone can stay. Ever. 💖

As of this evening… this space is now 95% ME and I LOVE IT!

My mama heart has been urging me to do this, the challenges we have had within modern ways of “dealing” have reminded us of our strengths right here within our own home, my own hands 💖

Excited for the finishing touches 🙏

Using Essential Oils for Muscle & Joint Support

After my husband fell and broke his leg/ankle quite badly we have been using a beautiful blend of holistic supports since his surgeries.

Although there is some significant damage, the oils and energy work can assist in the muscle health as well as encouraging movement for circulation. Easing discomfort, even if short term, to loosen for better movement.

Especially during damp, wet, cold weather he feels it all, sometimes a couple days in advance.

I intuitively selected these oils. Aromatouch for the blend of oils and how when they combine they are magically supportive to the muscles and easing the joints. Aromatouch is the Oil of Relaxation.

Turmeric is beneficial to support inflammation in the body. This oil I actually drink in my tea daily. Turmeric is the Oil of Restoration.

Copaiba is a powerful, yet gentle oil. The oil of Unveiling. I enjoy using this oil to support my nervous system, as well as inflammation in the body.

Arborvitae is the Oil of Divine Grace. This oil of native to Canada and reminds me of a camp fire. Arborvitae is powerfully cleansing and comes from the tree known of the “tree of life”.

As a reminder, it is important to remember that everyone’s skin is different, I recommend using a carrier oil such as coconut oil as a barrier, this also helps the oil spread better too vs just using a couple drops of the essential oil. You gain more coverage!

What’s fun, in the world of Oils and Intuition, tomorrow the oils would likely change. I would and do follow this direction. Although we have a few Oils specific to this, I strongly believe in honoring the intuition. Although some physicaly injuries are not directly tied to our emotions, there can always be an understanding of how they do relate! It’s very cool.

Lead ME First… everyday and it leads to success!
Intuitively following the God nudges and lean in, sometimes its the same, other times it’s totally different. When it’s right, it feels light, when it feels heavy, like a chore, pull back before you don’t want to do it no more!
As a Projector, learning my human design has been pivotal in shifting in my life, true gratitude and appreciation for honoring me. Sometimes that’s NOT getting up at 5 to move my body, but rather my mind. Moving is potent at moving energy, just perhaps later in the day 🥰

God is on the Job… doing something So Holy!

I had an indepth human design reading with @angehauck last week. It was INCREDIBLE. I had skimmed the surface with human design and knew I was a Projector!

Turns out with Gate 60 The Intolerance for Road Blocks encourages this part of me to get FIREY, Persistent and not let anything stand in my way that I KNOW is right for me.

It’s time we all let God back IN our homes and schools.💖

The devil has got to go!

Shifting our life, continues to be the best thing we have ever done. No one is perfect, no one is better than anyone else. EVERYONE deserves to live their life, their way. Obviously safely. However, this, whatever this is that occurred in 2020 and in some aspects is still occurring… is criminal!

What is living your BEST life?!
HOW do you feel?
Once I began directing my life based on how I wanted to feel… game changer!

God and the angels have always been welcome here, we may not practice a specific religion, we spiritually know and can see the good vs evil.
